Nature's Skin
An intervention sculpture that was part of the solo project "The Forest's Prey", offering a critical reflection on the imbalanced relationship between humans and nature. It depicts an animal hide—seemingly organic, yet crafted from a synthetic, pink, and artificial material. This chromatic and material choice emphasizes the contrast between lost naturalness and the superficial aesthetics of modern consumption. Reduced to a decorative trophy, the hide becomes a symbol of nature exploited and muted by human desires for possession, convenience, and excess. It invites viewers to reflect on the environment—as prey, resource, or partner.
