Anca Poterașu
Located in Bucharest’s historic center, Anca Poterașu Gallery has been an important player in the Romanian contemporary art scene since 2011. The gallery promotes both emerging and established artists working across diverse mediums, including photography, video, installation, and painting. Its curatorial program fosters collaborations with local and international artists.
In 2015, the gallery launched the Romanian Association of Contemporary Art (ARAC), introducing one of Romania’s first international residency programs for artists and curators. ARAC relocated to the gallery building in 2023, reinforcing its role as a hub for creative dialogue and collaboration. The gallery regularly participates in international art fairs, including NADA Miami, Paris Photo, Arco Lisboa, and Frieze Sculpture.
