Cazul101

Cazul101 was founded in 2021 in Bucharest and focuses its activity on presenting both established and emerging artists, both local or foreign. The gallery is born from an artist- run project opened of 2018, born in the precarious⁠ local context of spaces and opportunities for exposure and production accessible to young artists and ran until 2020. A continuation of that mission, Cazul 101 continues its activity in a historical building where the newest artistic community in Bucharest took shape – Malmaison Studios.

In addition to its Romanian activity, the gallery also carries out international projects, having partnerships with various institutions and independent spaces in effervescent art capitals such as Berlin or Paris.⁠
