Alexandru Chira

Alexandru Chira is a cultural manager and the Executive Director of Oradea Heritage, the foundation responsible for the development and administration of major cultural infrastructure in Oradea. He is also the initiator and director of NOCA – New Oradea Contemporary Art, a platform dedicated to contemporary visual art in the region.

Through his work, he has contributed to positioning Oradea within the national and international contemporary art circuit, developing projects that connect local artistic production with broader cultural networks.
