Denis Nanciu

Denis Nanciu is a visual artist from Bucharest, Romania, currently studying at the National University of Arts. A graduate of Dimitrie Paciurea Arts High School with a focus on painting, he has won multiple national art awards and worked as a sculpture restorer. Active in Roma advocacy since high school, Denis has collaborated with organizations like the Civic Union of Young Roma and Romano Kehr, contributing to several exhibitions. In 2017, he received an Excellence Award for his artistic achievements. He continues to use his work to challenge racism and promote social change.
