Giulia Pollicita

Curator — Fondazione Morra Greco

Giulia Pollicita is a curator at Fondazione Morra Greco in Naples and a PhD researcher at the University of the Arts London. Her curatorial practice navigates the intersections of contemporary art, research, and residencies, with a focus on expanding local and global dialogues.

In 2025, she will curate Marina Xenofontos’ first Italian institutional solo exhibition. Recent projects include co-curating Background Noise (2023) and Decentering in Ceramics (2024), as well as working on Because of Many Suns for the Taurisano Collection at Art-o-rama Marseille. Since 2021, she has collaborated with Fondazione Elpis for Una Boccata d’Arte, supporting site-specific projects across Italy.

Pollicita is also the founder of Laboratorio Piramide, a residency program launched in 2022 that fosters experimentation and artistic exchange. Her writing regularly appears in Flash Art and NERO, contributing to contemporary critical discourse.

"RAD was a unique opportunity to connect and network with the Romanian and international art scene. The days spent in the city were intelligently and generously designed to introduce guest curators deeply into the city's cultural community and connect internationally with other peers. I am grateful to have been a guest of the second edition of this fair, which I believe we will hear more and more about in the landscape of distinguished international fairs."
