Alina Cioară

Alina Cioară studied art, psycho-sociology, and communication in Timișoara. Her paradigm is rooted in 16 years of research in neuroplasticity and art, positioned at the intersection of the visual-conceptual realm and neuroscience. This approach involves interpreting both spoken and visual language to decode and (re)shape reality. Alina Cioară describes herself as a visual artist and a strategist of artistic power. She prefers the term "plastic artist" over "visual artist" due to the guiding thread of her practice—neuroplasticity—as well as her body of work, which engages multiple senses (visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory) to make art accessible to a broad and diverse audience through functionality. Driven by her passion for neuropsychology and its applications in art, Alina practices neuroplastic art.
