Dan Vișovan (b. 1988, Baia Mare) is an artist whose work explores themes of closures and openings, with the resulting visual forms emerging as logical consequences of the relationship between exterior and interior. His pieces are characterized by geometric and modular elements, often conceived as meshes and metal weavings. Textures play a crucial role in the interaction between knowledge and perception, with their engagement with light being a significant aspect of his artistic practice.
