RAD Curatorial Summit is an annual, invitation-based program that fosters innovation in curatorial practice. Designed as a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, collaboration, and community building, the initiative plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Romanian art scene and positioning it within regional and global contexts.
Building on the highly successful 2024 edition, which brought together 31 curators from 16 countries, and the 2023 pilot program, RAD Curatorial 2025 will convene both emerging and established curators for an intensive five-day program focusing on the evolving role of curators in navigating the critical geopolitical, social, and environmental challenges of our time.
Participants will engage in a series of in-depth curatorial talks and a dynamic off-site experience, including guided tours of Bucharest’s private collections, galleries, institutions, and artist studios.
